ALL DAY GRAPPLING SEMINAR - BEDFORD WRESTLING CLUB

We have three very talented grapplers sharing their skills with us.

Andy Nugent is a certified instructor under Erik Paulson of Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW).Andy is also 1st degree BJJ black belt BJJ. Andy gained his black belt in 2012,awarded to him David Onuma of CFS, Nick Brooks of Mill Hill BJJ and endorsed & certified by 6th Degree Ricardo Del a Riva. Andy will be teaching No Gi submission wrestling

Vygantas (The man only known as Vyga)) - Will be teaching Olympic Freestyle Wrestling. Vyga is a former full time freestyle international wrestler who represented the USSR and Lithuania. In my opinion Vyga is the best coach in the UK at this present time. Vygas session is one not to be missed and be prepared to learn something spectacular.

Robin Gell 6th Dan Judo - will be teaching Jacket grappling and will be concentrating on ground submissions. Robin is former groundwork coach to the British Olympic team....he is known as the Bedford Strangler throughout the martial arts world.and well sought after for seminars.

Our special guest (tbc) is well known for his leg locks, he is a former sambo (Russian Jacket Wrestling) international who has medals at European and World level. I will hopefully confirm who he is in the next few days.

Cost for the whole day £5 for BWC members and £10 for non members. All money received will go to the new wrestling mat fund.
